THE VAJRA HEART TANTRA, Part 9

As for the method of transferring one's impure body, speech, and mind into the realm of the three primordial wisdom vajras, small-minded people cannot accept pristine space, the great mystery of all the jinas, the absolute nature free of all extremes of conceptual elaboration, in which ultimately there is no body. By practicing in accordance with that reality, they are finally liberated into the realm of its essential nature. One's own body is instantaneously [transformed] into red Vajrayogini, with a blazing curved vajra-blade in her right hand subjugating all the three realms, and her left hand holding a marked skull cup displaying the three realms as ambrosia of the enlightened body, speech, and mind. With her legs in an advancing posture, she is a youthful maiden of sixteen years, her body beautifully adorned with the signs and symbols of enlightenment. [277] The braids of her hair are adorned with five kinds of precious substances and are beautified with a diadem, and her head is wreathed with various flowers. With a slightly peaceful arid slightly ferocious countenance, her body is visualized as appearing, and yet not inherently
established, in the midst of a blazing mass of rainbow fire. Its essential nature is empty and primordially not established as anything; but to forcefully counteract the delusion of clinging to it as a material composite, its emptiness is presented not as inside; rather, emptiness is imagined as the limpidity of the body. Imagining its limpidity inside in the center, as a means to subdue the vital energy and mind in emptiness, her hollow body is visualized as a pavilion of light. In its center is a hollow channel, a tube of light, which is white on the outside, symbolizing bliss, red on the inside, symbolizing clarity, and indigo blue in between, symbolizing emptiness. Its interior is empty and unobstructed, symbolizing the Spirit of Awakening; it is as long as a medium arrow shaft, and its surface has no width at all. Its upper end at the cakra of great bliss at the crown of the head is suddenly open, and its lower end below the navel is firmly closed like a joint in a bamboo. Its characteristics are that it is as straight as the trunk of a plantain tree, [278] as thin as a lotus petal, as clear as a sesame oil lamp, and as shiny as the sap from a teak tree. As a sheer emptiness, it abides in the essential nature of the dharmakaya.

On its right is the red roma channel, red on the outside and white on the inside. On its left is the white kyangma channel, white on the outside and red on the inside. The lower ends of both of them are inserted inside the central channel below the navel. Visualize their upper ends curving around the back of the ears and opening out through both nostrils. Know that those three symbolize the three embodiments.

The so-called five stacked cakras in that central channel have secondary channels: in the first cakra distinctly visualize thirty-two secondary channels, in the second, sixteen secondary channels, in the third, eight secondary channels, in the fourth, sixty-four, and in the fifth, twenty-eight secondary channels.(50)

However, ultimately the whole of samsara and nirvana is pervaded by the center of emptiness; the roma represents the primordial wisdom of its clear nature; and the kyangma stands for the great primordial wisdom of omnipresent compassion.51 All the aggregates, elements, and sense- bases are emptiness, which is primordially not established and non-local. The placement of emptiness in the center is taught as a basis for purification, but it is certainly not established. [279] The three embodiments are revealed as the three channels as great emptiness, which is primordially self-arisen. The nine yanas are revealed as remedies to purify the obscurations of ignorance, karma, and mental afflictions in the absolute nature.

_______________

50 Those are the crown, throat, heart, navel, and genital cakras respectively.
http://www.american-buddha.com/vajra.heart.9.htm#THE VAJRA HEART TANTRA, Part 9
[Pp. 189-190]

bardo

http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100002156231185

Shinay bardo: the first bardo of birth and life. This bardo commences from conception until the last breath, when the mindstream withdraws from the body.

Milam bardo: the second bardo of the dream state. The Milam Bardo is a subset of the first Bardo. Dream Yoga develops practices to integrate the dream state into Buddhist sadhana.

Samten bardo the third bardo of meditation. This bardo is generally only experienced by meditators, though individuals may have spontaneous experience of it. Samten Bardo is a subset of the Shinay Bardo.

Chikkhai bardo: the fourth bardo of the moment of death. According to tradition, this bardo is held to commence when the outer and inner signs presage that the onset of death is nigh, and continues through the dissolution or transmutation of the Mahabhuta until the external and internal breath has completed.

Chonyid bardo: the fifth bardo of the luminosity of the true nature which commences after the final 'inner breath'. It is within this Bardo that visions and auditory phenomena occur

Sidpai bardo: the sixth bardo of becoming or transmigration. This bardo endures until the inner-breath commences in the new transmigrating form determined by the 'karmic seeds' within the storehouse consciousness.

Originally, the term bardo referred only to the period between one life and the next, and this is still its normal meaning when it is mentioned without any qualification. However, there arose considerable debate over this theory during the early centuries of Buddhism, with one side arguing that rebirth follows immediately after death, and the other saying that there must be an interval between the two. With the rise of mahayana, belief in a transitional period prevailed. Later Buddhism expanded the whole concept to distinguish six or more similar states, covering the whole cycle of life, death, and rebirth. But it can also be interpreted as any transitional experience, any state that lies between two other states. Its original meaning, the experience of being between death and rebirth, is the prototype of the bardo experience, while the six traditional bardos show how the essential qualities of that experience are also present in other transitional periods. By refining even further the understanding of the essence of bardo, it can then be applied to every moment of existence. The present moment, the now, is a continual bardo, always suspended between the past and the future.
Used somewhat loosely, the term "bardo" may refer to the state of existence intermediate between two lives on earth. According to Tibetan tradition, after death and before one's next birth, when one's consciousness is not connected with a physical body, one experiences a variety of phenomena. These usually follow a particular sequence of degeneration from, just after death, the clearest experiences of reality of which one is spiritually capable, to, later on, terrifying hallucinations arising from the impulses of one's previous unskillful actions. For the spiritually advanced the bardo offers a state of great opportunity for liberation, since transcendental insight may arise with the direct experience of reality, while for others it can become a place of danger as the karmically created hallucinations can impel one into a less than desirable rebirth.
In the West, the term bardo may also refer to times when our usual way of life becomes suspended, as, for example, when we are on retreat. Such times can prove fruitful for spiritual progress, as external constraints diminish, although they offer challenges because our unskillful impulses can come to the fore, just as in the sidpa bardo.
<img width='1' height='1' song summarizing the six yogas:

I bow at the feet of the kind lord.

You, Marpa Lotsawa of Tibet,

With a free and well-favored body

And a mind of sadness this summer, hear these words.

Tummo Yoga

The method of resting the mind is confidence in the view.
The method of resting the body is the pith of meditation.
Outside is only the illusory form of devas.
Inside is just the three nadls and four cakras.
elow is the A stroke, candali.
Above is the form of the letter HAM.
Above and below are the wheels of prana.
Practice holding the life force in a vaselike manner.
In between the letters, experience bliss, emptiness, and luminosity.
This we call the oral instructions of candali.
Lotsawa, have you captured prana with precision?

Light Yoga

In the period between falling asleep and dreaming,
In that state of delusion, which is the essence of dharmakaya,
Inexpressible bliss and luminosity are experienced.
Then, seal that with luminosity
And the deep sleep of luminosity occurs.
This we call the oral instructions of luminosity.
Lotsawa, have you realized mind as unborn?

Dream Yoga

When experiencing the confusion of dreams,
Visualize at the throat the syllable OM radiating light.
Through the creation of habitual thoughts:
If you dream of a man, he is said to be a male ghost;
If you dream of a woman, she is a female ghost;
If you dream of animals, they are regarded as nagas;
If your dream is happy, you feel exalted;
If your dream is unhappy, you feel unhappy.
If you do not realize that ghosts arise from the root of mind,
You will not exhaust the ghosts of discursive thought.
Self-liberating good and evil is the meaning of this teaching.
This we call the oral instructions of dreams.
Lotsawa, have you realized their nature?

Illusory-Body Yoga

Outer appearance is only illusion.
Inner experience is inexpressible.
Day and night, experiences are simply nirmanakaya.
This we call the oral instructions of illusory body.
Lotsawa, have you experienced revulsion toward attachment?

Transformation Yoga

The eight doorways are the openings of samsara.
The one doorway is the path of mahamudra.
When the eight doorways are closed and the one doorway is opened,
With the bow of prana, the arrow of mind
Is propelled by the bowstring HIK
And so consciousness is shot through the aperture of Brahma.
This we call the oral instructions of the ejection of consciousness.
Lotsawa, can you stop your prana at the right time?

Transference Yoga

When the time to leave the body comes,
One finds another body as an authentic sacred object.
Then the seed syllable rides the horse of prana.
By means of the wheels of prana,
One abandons one's body like an empty house
And enters the other body, which is the essence of nirmanakaya.
This we call the oral instructions of the transference of consciousness.
Lotsawa, is your prana workable?

Bardo Yoga

The mind at the time of dreaming
Should be mixed with the mind of pardo.
Its essence is sambhogakaya.
Both the pure and impure aspects of the two kayas of form
Are attained when the time of the pardo comes.
The pith of dream pardo is the mixing and ejecting of consciousness.
This we call the oral instructions of pardo.
Lotsawa, are you trained in the pardo?

It is necessary to study the outer and inner teachings.
Comprehending them will enable you to overcome the two extremes.
When uncertainty as to existence and nonexistence is cut,
That is the one path from which one does not stray.
On this path, how could there be sadness?

Thus Naropa sang.
<img width='1' height='1'

Dzogchen Teachings are related to transmission. We do not learn Dzogchen only through intellectual understanding. In this case, transmission becomes important. What is transmission in Vajrayana teaching? In Vajrayana you need to receive initiations with any kind of practice and teaching. If you don’t receive initiations at least you need to receive the transmission of the lungs of all mantras. It doesn’t mean when you receive a lung all is perfect. A lung is a kind of permission. You can recite mantras and produce the recitation of mantras. To make the recitation complete you need initiation, transmission of lung and instruction - all these three. Then you learn how to do the practice as well. This is generally done in Vajrayana teaching. Dzogchen teaching is part of Vajrayana. Vajrayana, for the most part, is the path of transformation. That is the reason for the initiations. For example, if you are following sutra teaching, you don’t need any initiation. You only need to do something like refuge and, in the Mahayana system, cultivating bodhicitta. You can study and learn everything related to the teachings in a more intellectual way. So you can see the difference.

pranayama

Kapalabhati

Kapalabhati is an exercise for the purification of the nasal passage and lungs. Though this is one of the six purificatory exercises (Kriyas) , it is a variety of Pranayama (breathing exercises).

This is especially used to control the movements of the diaphragm and to remove spasm in bronchial tubes. Consequently, persons suffering from asthma will find this very helpful. It also aids in curing consumption, removes impurities fo the blood, and tones up the circulatory and respiratory systems.

Kapalabhati is the best exercise to stimulate every tissue of the body. After and during the practice, a peculiar vibration and joy can be felt, especially in the spinal centers. When the vital nerve current is stimulated through this exercise, the entire spine will be like a live wire and one can feel the movement of the nerve current.

Great quantities of carbon dioxide gas are eliminated. Intake of oxygen makes the blood richer and renews the body tissues. Moreover, the constant movements of the diaphragm up and down act as a stimulant to the stomach, liver and pancreas.

Before learning some of the higher breathing exercises such as Bhastrika Pranayama, it is very important to master Kapalabhati; Bhastrika breathing is considered to be the best breathing exercise for awakening the spiritual power after the purification of the Nadis or nerves.

Technique

After taking a comfortable sitting position, preferably the lotus pose, take a few deep breaths. See that the diaphragm is moving properly. During inhalation, the diaphragm descends and the abdomen is pushed out. During exhalation, the diaphragm pushes the lungs up and the abdomen goes toward the spine. This constant up-and-down movement of the diaphragm throws the air in and out. Here more attention is focused on exhalation than inhalation.

Sudden contraction of the abdominal muscles raises the diaphragm and in turn a volume of air is forced out of the lungs. This is an inward stroke of the abdomen. As soon as the air is thrown out, relax the abdominal muscles, which in turn allows the diaphragm to descend. As the diaphragm comes down, a volume of air automatically rushes in. Here, inhalation is passive and exhalation active.

Start one round of this exercise with ten or fifteen expulsions. At the end of ten expulsions, take a deep inhalation and hold the air as long as possible. This will add its oxygen value and bring a peculiar, pleasant vibration throughout the body, as though you are bathing every tissue of the body with energy. A few days' practice will convince you of its wonderful, stimulating sensation.

Practice three rounds in the beginning, each round consisting of ten expulsions, and gradually increase the number of rounds to five or six. After a few weeks' practice, increase the expulsion to twenty or twenty five. Between successive rounds, normal respiration is allowed to give the needed rest.

During the practice, concentrate on the solar plexus and eventually the nervous system will become spiritually active. This will be manifested by a throbbing sensation in the spine and a lightness throughout the entire body.

om vajra sattva chittam shreyam kuru hung

Vajrasattva (Vajra Hero, Tib. dorje sempa) "Dorsem" is the buddha of purification. As the "action" or karma protector, he also manifests the energies of all Buddhas.

Kagyu tantric practitioners focus upon Vajrasattva, in the above form as 'Solitary Universal Ruler.' Here the deity is an aspect of buddha Vajradhara. The lions that appear in some representations at the base of the deity's seat show he shares the essential nature of Shakyamuni buddha.

Any negative action can be purified through confession: "there is no harmful act that cannot be purified through confession". However "purification only takes place when you confess sincerely in the right way" that is by first arousing bodhicitta -- that is, focusing with pure intention the desire to aid sentient beings to attain enlightenment without exception. This True Aspiration is, in itself, a purifier of all past misdeeds.

The Four Powers

1. The Power of Support -- you can take Vajrasattva as your support. But, you can also take any spiritual friend or teacher, or any representation of the Buddha. You can just imagine yourself sitting in front of the Buddha and feeling his unconditional kindness beaming to you. . . . you can imagine your dark deeds leaving you as black tar and dissolving, and the wisdom and compassion pouring in as light from Buddha.

2. The Power of Regret -- this comes from a true feeling of remorse for all negative actions done in the past. You feel remorse and, concealing nothing from the Buddha, confess them with strong regret, for nothing can be purified without strongly felt regret.

3. The Power of Resolution -- remembering the faults, resolve never to commit them again, even at the cost of our life.

4. The Power of Action as Antidote -- offset the negativities through accomplishing as many positive actions as you can. These can range from the symbolic, such as doing prostrations; psychological, such as rejoicing in the merit of others, or actual, from putting out water for wild animals in your neighborhood, donating to charity and helping others in practical ways. Or ...

"One day a meditator, a disciple of the peerless Dagpo Rinpoche, told his teacher that he felt regret when he remembered that he had once made a living from the sale of sacred books.

"Print books," the Master told him. So he set to work, but found that his work got him involved in many distractions. Disillusioned, he went to see his teacher.

"Printing these texts brings up too many distractions," he said. "Is it true that no method of confession is more profound than remaining in the essential nature?"

The Dagpo Rinpoche was delighted and told him he was perfectly right. "Even if you have committed negative actions as colossal as Mount Meru itself," he said. "They are purified in one instant of seeing that nature."

The visualization of Vajrasattva, and indeed all phenomena, arise from the unaltered state and return to it.

"There is indeed no deeper way to cleanse oneself of past misdeeds than to meditate on bodhicitta and to maintain the flow of the unaltered state."

And so no matter what practice one does, that is the essential point.

We may want to end our purification/confession with this prayer:
"I have heard the beneficial instructions, but have left them as words. I have practiced them a little, but have been fooled by distraction. Bless me and all phantom beings like me, that we may extract the essence of the generation and perfection phases."

Purusha Prakrti _arte sonoro

The Cuckoo's Song of Total Presence

In Tibet's ancient shamanistic tradition the cuckoo was a magical bird, the king of birds. As the cuckoo's first call is the harbinger of spring, so the six verses of the Cuckoo's Song of Total Presence introduce the total presence of the nature of mind.

The six lines of the Cuckoo's Song are also known as the Six Vajra Verses. They are considered to be the root text of the Dzogchen Mind Series tradition out of which the entire view, meditation and action of Dzogchen may be extrapolated. If the meaning of the verses in Tibetan is simple, the expression of that meaning in English is no simple matter.

The nature of multiplicity is nondual

and things in themselves are pure and simple;

being here and now is thought-free

and it shines out in all forms, always all good;

it is already perfect, so the striving sickness is avoided

and spontaneity is constantly present.

Turned into prose, based on the Dochu commentary, it says:

All experience, the entire phantasmagoria of the six senses, the diverse multiplicity of existence, in reality is without duality. Even if we examine the parts of the bodhi-matrix in the laboratory of the mind, such specifics are seen to be illusive and indeterminate. There is nothing to grasp and there is no way to express it. The suchness of things, their actuality, left just as it is, is beyond thought and inconceivable and that is the here and now. Yet diversity is manifestly apparent and that is the undiscriminating, all-inclusive sphere of the all-good buddha, Samantabhadra. Total perfection has always been a fact and there has never been anything to do to actuate this immaculate completion. All endeavour is redundant. What remains is spontaneity and that is always present as our natural condition.

Chogyel Namkhai Norbu and Adriano Clemente rendered the Six Vajra Verses like this: in The Supreme Source:

The nature of the variety of phenomena is non-dual Yet each phenomena is beyond the limits of the mind The authentic condition as it is does not become a concept Yet it manifests totally in form, always good All being already perfect, overcome the sickness of effort And remain naturally in self-perfection: this is contemplation.

Chogyel Namkhai Norbu's commentary divides the six verses into three verses of two lines. The first couplet describes the ground of being and the view, relating to the Mind Series of instruction and to Garab Dorje's first Incisive Precept which is introduction to the nature of mind. The second couplet describes the path, the nature of meditation, relating to the Space Series of instruction and Garab Dorje's second incisive precept which is conviction of the reflexive function of liberation. The third couplet describes the product, which does not differ from the ground and relates to the Secret Precept Series and to Garab Dorje's third incisive precept which is confidence in the process.

Based on Chogyel Namkhai Norbu's commentary, John Reynolds (Vajranath), Nyingma scholar and yogi, made this discursive translation:

Even though the nature of the diversity (of all phenomena) is without any duality, In the terms of the individuality of the things themselves, they are free of any conceptual elaborations. Even though there exists no thought or conception of what is called the state of being just as it is, These various appearances which are created are but manifestations of Samantabhadra. Since everything is complete in itself, one comes to abandon the illness of efforts And thus one continues spontaneously in the calm state of contemplation.

Professor Samten Karmay found a version of the text amongst the cache of material that Sir Aurel Stein found in Tun Huang and which was concealed in the tenth century, thus validating its age and form His rendering is this:

All the varieties of phenomenal existence as a whole do not in reality differ one from another. Individually also they are beyond conceptualization. Although as "suchness" there is no mental discursiveness (with regard to them) Kun-tu bzang po shines forth in all forms. Abandon all the malady of striving, for one has already acquired it all. One leaves it as it is with spontaneity.

The first Tibetan Dzogchen master, Pagor Vairotsana, received the Six Vajra Verses in the eighth century from Shri Singha, his Indian Guru, in the land of Uddiyana. This text was amongst the first translations he made at King Trisong Detsen's court at Samye in Tibet. It is considered the root transmission text of the Mind Series of Dzogchen instruction and is the first in the list of the eighteen transmission texts of the Mind Series tantras. The copy of it found amongst the stash of Tun Huang manuscripts hidden in the tenth century and recovered earlier this century, authenticates its age and form.

Here is the Tibetan text:

sNa tshogs rang bzhin mi gnyis kyang Cha shas nyid du spros dang bral.

Bardo (Tib:bar-do) — Yoga del Estado Intermedio.

PRANA AS APPLIED TO TANTRIC SEXUAL UNION

Ramana Dass illustrates one technique for a couple
to combine tantra with mantra through prana.
"Experience the other as a mirror of oneself; identify each
partner's dual nature; surrender to the impersonal
flow of these energies; and, finally, mege into that
underlying union.
Both partners sit in a comfortable position facing each other. The gaze
of each is directed to the right eye and the breath coordinated in such a
way thated as the first partner begins to breathe in anew, while the other
now breathes out, AUM on his or her outbreath. After several complete
cycles, a deepening of concentration and fullness will be experienced by
both, as well as a growing awareness of clear love and unity. The final
period of resting in the realization of oneness may be had by closing the
eyes while maintaining the sound and coordinated breathing."

PRANA DURING TANTRIC UNION.

When one is ready for Tantric lovemaking, the Siva and Sakthi principles
unite within themSelves and each other. There is a convergence and
synchronization of their breaths; life-forces merging into a vortex,
physical and subtle energy exchange taking place. Lying on one side causes
the opposite side's nostril to dominate the breathing pattern.
The Tantras state that during lovemaking, the man should consciously draw
in the exhaled air from the woman's left nostril though his right nostril,
and allow her to consciously breathe in his exhaled breath from the right
nostril through her left nostril. Face-to-face lovemaking with each
couple lying on his/her side facilitates this exchange naturally.

One Tantric text states:
"By meditating on the breath during lovemaking one should seize the life-
force of the other with the life-force of oneSelf and bestow the life
force of oneSelf on that of the other."
During Tantric Union, the commitment of the couple is TOTAL--whether for
the duration of the Act alone, for some set time limitation, for life,
or for Eternity. The exchange of life forces, when done for the
purpose of Tantric Commitment, binds souls together for Eternity,
far transcending the Christian "till death do us part."

FINAL THOUGHTS FROM SOME MASTERS:

"The solar breath leads to transcendence; the lunar breath is a form-giving
substance. Their union evokes the Eternal."

--Prana Upanisad.

"When the breath is unsteady, all is unsteady; when the breath is still;
all i s still. Control the breath carefully. Inhalation gives strength
and a controlled body; retention gives steadiness of mind and longevity;
exhalation purifies body and spirit."

-- Goraksasathakam.

"The oracle of breath unfolds its secrets to those who know the keys.
The elements in breath are known as fire, water, earth, air and ether."

--Swara Chinthamani.

The above tactics and practices are taken from traditional sacred texts;
with some commentary added by Yogini Padma Ushas Suryananda, Tantric
Dancing Yogini of the Kali Yuga.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
TAT TWAT ASI HARI AUM TAT SAT AUM SHANTI NAMASTE TAT TWAM ASI

शान्ति mantras

The Shanti Mantras are prayers for peace, in the Hindu Mythology. Shanti Mantras are also known as "Peace Mantras". Shanti Mantras form the part of Upanishads. These mantras are believed to cool the mind of reciter and the surroundings. Reciting these mantras at the beginning of any task is considered to remove its obstacles.

Shanti Mantras always end with three words of "Shanti" which suggests "Peace". The reason behind speaking three times "Shanti" is to cool the surroundings and remove obstacles in three realms namely; "Physical" or Adhi-Bhautika, "Devine" or Adhi-Daivika and "Internal" or Adhyaatmika. These are called "Tapa-Traya" or three classes of troubles. When Shanti Mantras are recited, obstacles from these realms are believed to be pacified. Various Shanti Mantras from different Upanishads are as follows:

From Brihadaranyaka Upanishad and Ishavasya Upanishad:

"Om Poornamadah Poornamidam Poornat Poornamudachyate,
Poornasya Poornamaadaya Poornamevavashishyate,
Om Shantih, Shantih, Shantih"

Meaning: The literal meaning of this mantra is: "That is Absolute, This is Absolute, Absolute arises out of Absolute, If Absolute is taken away from Absolute, Absolute remains OM Peace, Peace, Peace".

"Om Asato Maa Sadgamaya,
Tamaso Maa Jyotir Gamaya,
Mrityor Maa Amritam Gamaya,
Om Shantih, Shantih, Shantih"

Meaning: The accurate sense of this mantra is: "OM lead me from unreal to real, lead me from darkness to light, lead me from death to immortality OM Peace, Peace, Peace".

From Taittiriya Upanishad:

"Om Sham No Mitra Sham Varunah Sham No Bhavatvaryamaa,
Sham Na Indro Brihaspatih Sham No Vishnururukramah,
Namo Brahmane Namaste Vaayo Tvameva Pratyaksham,
Brahmaasi Tvaameva Pratyaksham Brahma Vadishyaami,
Rtam Vadishyaami Satyam Vadishyaami,
Tanmaamavatu Tadvaktaaramavatu Avatu Maam Avatu Vaktaaram,
Om Shantih Shantih Shantih"

Meaning: This Mantra implies: "OM. Raja Yoga, que significa Yoga Rey.

2.43. type='text'>SHIVA SUTRA CAPITULO CUARTO : FISIOLOGIA SUTIL

FLUJO, DEVENIR, IMPERMANECIA, VACUIDAD

TAYATA OM GATE GATE, PARAGATE, PARASAMGATE, BODI SOHA

SS Dudjom Rinpoche

Yoga Sutra de Patanjali

http://www.patanjalisutras.com/
http://hrih.hypermart.net/patanjali/spanish.htm
http://www.yogadarshana.tk/

Libro I - El Samadhi Pada

Libro III – El Vibhuti Pada

Libro IV – El Kaivalya Pada
Kaivalya significa aislamiento, soledad, o unidad.

(extracto "L i b e r a l o s L i b r o s")
